If you’re reading this, chances are you’re navigating an insurance claim situation. Environmental Services of America is here to conduct asbestos sampling by assessing the specifics of your claim. Alternatively, the sampling request may have come from your mitigation, rebuild, or general contractor.
Invasive asbestos sampling is required for any commercial or residential property undergoing renovation, demolition, or removal. This crucial step ensures we understand the work environment fully. Our goal at Environmental Services of America is to provide a safe environment for everyone involved in the renovation, demolition, or removal process.
What Gets Sampled?
We sample any materials that will be damaged, torn apart, or broken during the renovation or demolition process to analyze them for the presence of asbestos.
What Does Sampling Cost?
Sampling costs vary mainly based on the number of samples collected. The number of samples needed depends on several factors:
What Happens If My Samples Are Negative or Positive?
How Will I Know the Results of My Samples?
Our project manager or field representative, who performed the inspection and collected the samples, will contact you directly with the results.
Please note that the samples we collect are hand-delivered to an accredited third-party laboratory for analysis.
What Is an Abatement?
An abatement refers to the process of removing the tested and confirmed Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from your property.
When Will the Abatement Start?
If you’re undergoing an abatement due to an insurance claim, Environmental Services of America will schedule the abatement after your insurance adjuster reviews and approves the estimate we submitted. This approval ensures that all payments are handled smoothly. If we bypass this approval due to urgency, the property owner may become responsible for any unpaid costs.

When asbestos materials decay or become damaged, they can release hazardous fibers into the air. This may also happen if someone tries to remove them improperly. Unfortunately, the fibers cause serious medical conditions like lung cancer and more. It’s crucial to find an asbestos abatement professional with the right training, expertise, and equipment.
