Asbestos sampling is required for any property undergoing renovation, demolition, or removal to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.
What Gets Sampled?

What Does Sampling Cost?
Sampling costs vary based on the number of samples needed, which depends on:
Material Similarity: Similar materials may require fewer samples.
Extent of Damage or Renovation: More extensive work may need more sampling.
Square Footage: Larger areas might require additional samples.
Negative Results: Other contractors can proceed without delay.
Positive Results: An abatement process must be completed before further work can continue.
How Will I Know the Results?
Our project manager will contact you directly with the results, which are analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory.

An abatement is the process of removing confirmed Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from your property.
When Will the Abatement Start?
We schedule the abatement after your insurance adjuster reviews and approves our estimate, ensuring smooth payment processing. Starting without approval may result in the property owner being responsible for unpaid costs.
Who Are Mitigation and Restoration Contractors?
Mitigation Contractors: The first responders to property damage (e.g., from storms or floods) who may inform us that sampling is needed.
Restoration Contractors: The team that restores your home to livable conditions after mitigation and any necessary abatement.
