Asbestos sampling is required for any property undergoing renovation, demolition, or removal to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.

We test any materials that will be disturbed during renovation or demolition to check for the presence of asbestos.

If the results are negative, other contractors can proceed without delay. However, if the results are positive, an abatement process must be completed before any further work can continue. Our project manager will contact you directly with the results, which are analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory. Abatement refers to the removal of confirmed Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from your property.
