Every construction or demolition project starts the same way: the site has to be cleared. Clearing removes everything above grade: trees, brush, undergrowth, fallen timber, and surface debris across the work area.
Grubbing removes what's below the surface: stumps, root systems, and buried organic matter that would otherwise decompose under your slab, pavement, or fill and cause settlement problems later.

Under the federal asbestos NESHAP regulation, structures must be inspected for asbestos before demolition; because we hold asbestos credentials (EPA/AHERA/ASHARA #20616), that inspection and any required abatement can run inside the same project instead of stalling it.

Can you clear a site that still has buildings on it?
Yes — that's one of our strengths. We can handle the NESHAP-required pre-demolition asbestos inspection, any abatement, the demolition, and the clearing and grubbing as one coordinated project.
What happens to the trees, stumps, and debris you remove?
Cleared material is hauled off and directed to appropriate disposal or recycling outlets, and any suspect regulated material found on the site is identified and handled through the correct channel. Disposal documentation is available on request.
